Narrative:

After takeoff during initial climb off of 27R oak at approximately 100' MSL, the engine lost power. I nosed the aircraft over to obtain a safe glide speed. I elected to land straight ahead on the remaining runway. I switched fuel tanks from let main to right main on the way down. I touched down on end of runway 27R, brought the throttle back and overran off the end of the runway. I ended up on taxiway K. The tower said I was not in radar contact. I notified him that I had a problem. I was able to restart the engine. I notified tower where I was. I called ground and asked to taxi back to our maintenance facility. He informed me to call the south tower when I got back.
