Narrative:
Cleared to taxi to 30L. We were going to mdw so ATC sends you off the right side. Captain had in mind, we were going to 30R. Got to 30L and asked if we were cleared all the way. I called ground and they said 'yes'. I had my head down in my manual looking for tower frequency for 30L. I felt the aircraft turning and accelerating, looked up, saw an small transport Y on 1 or 2 mi final and started yelling to captain to 'stop' that he wasn't cleared to cross 30L. He had it in his mind that he was cleared all the way across 30L, not all the way to the end of runway 30L. We crossed hold line, but was short of runway. Small transport Y went around. I think that if I didn't have my head down, looking for a frequency, I would have been able to correct the captain. Keep your head outside.
