Narrative:

Flo airport; on approach to runway 01; last 1/4 mile of approach. Tree tops very close to aircraft. Aircraft was exactly on PAPI vertical guidance indication. First time this happened a month ago; I thought it was my overactive imagination. A second approach to this runway a month later confirmed my perceptions that the trees have grown well into the approach path; and there is now little vertical clearance to spare. Airport management needs to investigate whether part 139 clearance criteria are still are still being maintained for this runway.
