Narrative:
On final approach to runway 23 at adrian lenawee county airport, I had green light indications that my landing gear was extended. Upon flare and touchdown the propeller hit the runway and after sliding along the runway and coming to a full stop, I discovered upon exiting the aircraft that the landing gear was only partially extended on the mains and the nose wheel was still in the gear well totally.
