Narrative:
While manning the area manager desk at indianapolis center I received a call from standiford approach control advising me that R3704 was hot FL200 and below. I advised the controller at the involved sector, but failed to leave a note advising the military coordinator. It is my understanding that the information was lost and aircraft were allowed to enter the airspace.

Title: ACFT PENETRATED ACTIVE RESTRICTED AREA DUE TO BREAKDOWN IN COORD.
Narrative: WHILE MANNING THE AREA MGR DESK AT INDIANAPOLIS CENTER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM STANDIFORD APCH CTL ADVISING ME THAT R3704 WAS HOT FL200 AND BELOW. I ADVISED THE CTLR AT THE INVOLVED SECTOR, BUT FAILED TO LEAVE A NOTE ADVISING THE MIL COORDINATOR. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE INFO WAS LOST AND ACFT WERE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE AIRSPACE.
