Narrative:
The blue angeles were practicing for the dayton air show and were maneuvering. Air carrier X was cleared for takeoff with a clearance 'runway heading till 5000'.' at 2000 MSL X retracted flaps and noticed the blue angeles were on a southwesterly heading on an apparent collision course. X reduced pitch from normal 15 up to 0 or less to avoid what looked like an apparent midair. The blue angeles' aircraft turned behind our departure path at a high angle of bank. We had no idea if the blue angeles had visual contact on the X airliner. As pilot in command, I took abrupt evasive pitch down actions to avoid this potential midair. Why did dayton tower not advise that the blue angeles would be operating near our departure path? Why would an aircraft be cleared for takeoff on an IFR clearance while aerobatic flight is being conducted in an active air traffic area?

WE HAD NO IDEA IF THE BLUE ANGELES HAD VISUAL CONTACT ON THE X AIRLINER. AS PLT IN COMMAND, I TOOK ABRUPT EVASIVE PITCH DOWN ACTIONS TO AVOID THIS POTENTIAL MIDAIR. WHY DID DAYTON TWR NOT ADVISE THAT THE BLUE ANGELES WOULD BE OPERATING NEAR OUR DEP PATH? WHY WOULD AN ACFT BE CLRED FOR TKOF ON AN IFR CLRNC WHILE AEROBATIC FLT IS BEING CONDUCTED IN AN ACTIVE ATA?
