Narrative:
When descending for the traffic pattern at 15G (wadsworth, skypark) from the east, I overflew wadsworth municipal. Traffic pattern at 4500' (3g3). Upon landing at 15G skypark, I discovered that wadsworth municipal airport had an air show in progress. There was no traffic conflict in this event to my knowledge. The safety problem is there seems to be no effective way to get NOTAMS on airports for these reasons: if you use the automatic tape briefing on tbis (the phone tones to make your request of WX) you do not get NOTAMS. Another problem is where are the NOTAMS listed? Example: aoh (lima ohio airport is 100 miles from cle (cleveland, ohio) fdy (findlay, ohio) and day (dayton, ohio) are within 30 mi of aoh. They both report WX and have FSS stations, but the NOTAMS for aoh are listed under cle WX reports). The NOTAMS for 3g3, 15G are listed under cle not the closest (or ATC controling airport) cak (akron canton). NOTAMS need to be listed in a manual that does not require deciphering investigation. Their are boundary lines for FSS controling areas, ATC controling areas, navaids, maintenance areas, none of these boundary areas are uniform.
