Narrative:
Aircraft was deviating for WX at 12 O'clock (thunderstorms) and requesting vectors. Just previously had received climb and maintain FL290. Callouts made, FL280 for FL290, but at crucial time passed through FL290 to 29400'. Corrected immediately and ATC controller said he had us at 29400', then quickly said, 'ok, there's 290 now.' distrs of: vectors information, relaying WX information and watching radar (WX) caused infraction. PF should just fly and let PNF check WX radar, etc.
