Narrative:
We were flying dtw-pvd (detroit metropolitan-providence, ri) with routing dtw-yqg-yqg-106-J554 jhw J82 memms J522 hnk J68 V130 bdl-bdl 148 wacky-pvd. We apparently missed the crossing of J68 and V130 (not a charter intersection, just a crossing of 2 airways) due to wavering signal from bdl VOR. Boston center advised us of this, at which time we made an appropriate turn toward bdl VOR without incident. The flight continued to destination without incident.
