Narrative:
Air carrier flight xx ewr-bda. Pushed off gate at xa and takeoff wa made at xb. Landed ewr at sc and blocked in at xd local EDT. On climb out passing 11000', #1 engine had a significant loss of thrust and would not recover. 12000 pounds of fuel were dumped and aircraft was returned to ewr for landing. #1 engine ran normally at reduced power and was left in that position until landing. All emergency and abnormal checklists were complied with prior to arrival.

Title: FLT EXPERIENCED LOSS OF POWER #1 ENGINE. RETURN TO DEP ARPT. NO DAMAGE, NO INJURIES.
Narrative: ACR FLT XX EWR-BDA. PUSHED OFF GATE AT XA AND TKOF WA MADE AT XB. LANDED EWR AT SC AND BLOCKED IN AT XD LCL EDT. ON CLBOUT PASSING 11000', #1 ENG HAD A SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF THRUST AND WOULD NOT RECOVER. 12000 LBS OF FUEL WERE DUMPED AND ACFT WAS RETURNED TO EWR FOR LNDG. #1 ENG RAN NORMALLY AT REDUCED PWR AND WAS LEFT IN THAT POS UNTIL LNDG. ALL EMER AND ABNORMAL CHKLISTS WERE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO ARR.
