Narrative:
At cruise FL320 right engine had partial loss of power. Phone patched to dispatch/maintenance control. Discussed with them the engine parameters. Maintenance/dispatch told us to divert to a nearby airport. Airspeed and altitude were easily maintained with split throttles. Right engine thrust availability remained stable up to 1.6 EPR; so we declared an emergency and proceeded to our diversion airport. At power settings below 1.4 EPR the throttles were matched and the airplane flew normally. An overweight landing was made and entered into the logbook.
