I signed for a job card with the maintenance reference XXX9 for operational checks only; [being] required during an engine test; if rejected; follow the actions noted below in the job card. Engines tested normally and found no further action was required. There is a possibility that four other engines were released without the low pressure (left/P) fuel filter installed. Hangar. Graveyard shift.
