Narrative:
While verifying the SID on the ground in vhhh; we noticed that there were 'at or below' restrictions in the FMC that did not exist on the jepp for the pecan 1B departure from vhhh. At both the prawn and rumsy intersections; there were the altitude restrictions of 5000B on the altitude restriction side of the '/' in the FMC. That restriction does not exist on the jepp [page]. I filed a safety report for the vhhh sids that departs in the opposite direction a few months back. The same problem existed in that there was a '5;000 or below' restriction in the FMC where no such restriction existed on the SID. I received a response back from your team stating that indeed there was an error in the FMC database and that it would be fixed in the next data cycle. Apparently this error exists on other sids in vhhh as well and perhaps they all need to be reviewed to make sure that the proper restrictions are placed in the FMC database. If pilots got busy or distracted while flying a VNAV departure; the aircraft might unintentionally level off at 5;000 when a higher altitude clearance might have been given by ATC.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A B777 Captain reported that the navigation database in his company's aircraft included commands to cross the first two fixes (PRAWN AND RUMSY) on the PECAN 1B RNAV SID from VHHH at or below 5;000 but the fixes on the Jeppesen SID graphic shows no such restriction.
