Narrative:
Small transport X was coordinated with fay approach at 9000 and V296. Aircraft entered fay approach in vicinity of V54 heading 115 to join airway. Coordination was accomplished with fay west controller and not with fay north controller whose airspace he entered.

Narrative: SMT X WAS COORDINATED WITH FAY APCH AT 9000 AND V296. ACFT ENTERED FAY APCH IN VICINITY OF V54 HDG 115 TO JOIN AIRWAY. COORD WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH FAY WEST CTLR AND NOT WITH FAY NORTH CTLR WHOSE AIRSPACE HE ENTERED.
