Narrative:
Air carrier flight was cleared for takeoff. At approximately 80 KTS a small aircraft aircraft was cleared into 'position and hold'. At approximately 100-110 KTS the small aircraft's strobes were seen entering the runway and aligned on centerline. A decision to make the takeoff was made and we cleared the small aircraft by about 50-100'.
