Narrative:

Number 2 main tire lost tread on takeoff. Aircraft sustained trailing edge flap dents behind the tire. Hydraulic lines in the wheel well were damaged and the a system fluid was depleted. Leak was very slow and landing gear partially extended on approach into ZZZ. A system would not lower the left main gear and appropriate checklists were used. Landing was uneventful and emergency crews inspected the gear and wheel well. Aircraft was towed to the gate and passengers were deplaned.
