Narrative:
On the day of 8-TUE-89, I went to the FAA office at dallas love field, dallas tx, for an ATP sign-off. The FAA agent decided he wanted a full examination into my FAA files. The agent told me I will be investigated. I believe the cause of this investigation is because I lost my first logbook.
