Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff runway 17R at okc by tower. On takeoff roll an ambulance and car crossed our path left to right at high speed at taxiway left approximately 2400 ft down the runway. We were at approximately 80 KTS thrust set approximately 900 ft down runway and vehicles passed clear off our right. Continued normal takeoff, tower pulled the tapes, ground and tower misunderstood each other.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT DURING TKOF ROLL FROM OKC, THEY HAD 2 VEHICLES CROSS THE RWY IN FRONT OF THEM. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED LACK INTRA-COORD BY ATC.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 17R AT OKC BY TWR. ON TKOF ROLL AN AMBULANCE AND CAR CROSSED OUR PATH L TO R AT HIGH SPD AT TXWY L APPROX 2400 FT DOWN THE RWY. WE WERE AT APPROX 80 KTS THRUST SET APPROX 900 FT DOWN RWY AND VEHICLES PASSED CLR OFF OUR R. CONTINUED NORMAL TKOF, TWR PULLED THE TAPES, GND AND TWR MISUNDERSTOOD EACH OTHER.
