Narrative:
Aircraft received fresh annual at orange county, va airport. First flight after annual: preflight was performed by reporter. Purpose of flight to check out aircraft after annual. After runup and normal takeoff, everything appeared to be in working order and returned to airport to land slowed aircraft to 120 mph and placed gear switch in down position, both main landing gears extended, nose gear would not. The gears were recycled several times, mains would extend, nose gear would not. At this time, other pilot became 'PIC' and continued several maneuvers to lower nose gear. The emergency extension was tried several times, the mains would extend, nose gear would not. PIC returned to orange county airport and balanced the mains on the runway 3 different occasions, nose gear would not extend. PIC then proceeded to hagerstown, md airport and was cleared for emergency landing on runway 27, engines were stopped and fuel cutoff on final. Aircraft rolled approximately 500' on main gears, nose came down and slid approximately 200'. Mechanic was called to remove aircraft from runway. With nose of aircraft raised, was able to lower nose gear in position. Mechanic instructed PIC to taxi aircraft to his shop. After starting engines and moving aircraft approximately 3', left main gear collapsed. While attempting to raise aircraft to place left gear in position, the nose wheel collapsed. Mechanic then 'stiff legged' aircraft and aced was taxied to shop area.

Title: CPR SMA UNABLE TO EXTEND NOSE GEAR AT COMPLETION OF TEST FLT TO EVALUATE ACFT FOLLOWING AN 'ANNUAL INSPECTION'.
Narrative: ACFT RECEIVED FRESH ANNUAL AT ORANGE COUNTY, VA ARPT. FIRST FLT AFTER ANNUAL: PREFLT WAS PERFORMED BY REPORTER. PURPOSE OF FLT TO CHECK OUT ACFT AFTER ANNUAL. AFTER RUNUP AND NORMAL TKOF, EVERYTHING APPEARED TO BE IN WORKING ORDER AND RETURNED TO ARPT TO LAND SLOWED ACFT TO 120 MPH AND PLACED GEAR SWITCH IN DOWN POSITION, BOTH MAIN LNDG GEARS EXTENDED, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT. THE GEARS WERE RECYCLED SEVERAL TIMES, MAINS WOULD EXTEND, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT. AT THIS TIME, OTHER PLT BECAME 'PIC' AND CONTINUED SEVERAL MANEUVERS TO LOWER NOSE GEAR. THE EMER EXTENSION WAS TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, THE MAINS WOULD EXTEND, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT. PIC RETURNED TO ORANGE COUNTY ARPT AND BALANCED THE MAINS ON THE RWY 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. PIC THEN PROCEEDED TO HAGERSTOWN, MD ARPT AND WAS CLRED FOR EMER LNDG ON RWY 27, ENGINES WERE STOPPED AND FUEL CUTOFF ON FINAL. ACFT ROLLED APPROX 500' ON MAIN GEARS, NOSE CAME DOWN AND SLID APPROX 200'. MECHANIC WAS CALLED TO REMOVE ACFT FROM RWY. WITH NOSE OF ACFT RAISED, WAS ABLE TO LOWER NOSE GEAR IN POSITION. MECHANIC INSTRUCTED PIC TO TAXI ACFT TO HIS SHOP. AFTER STARTING ENGINES AND MOVING ACFT APPROX 3', LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RAISE ACFT TO PLACE LEFT GEAR IN POSITION, THE NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED. MECHANIC THEN 'STIFF LEGGED' ACFT AND ACED WAS TAXIED TO SHOP AREA.
