Narrative:
Aircraft type xa was dispatched with left autoplt inoperative per MEL. Approaching V1, at 110 KTS, copilot flying, captain lost command speed bug, flight director system (command bars) and autothrottle failed. Takeoff was continued. Clearance was to turn left and fly the dca 328 degree right, but due to the distraction of the multiple failure, the left turn was delayed approximately 35-40 seconds. At this time, I selected a heading of 300 degrees and commanded an immediate left turn (passing 1200'). Turning through 330 degrees and passing 2200', departure control initiated radio contact. I responded, 'leaving 2500'.' departure controller said, 'turn left...no, make your heading 360 degrees.' we rolled out on 315, acknowledged, coming right to heading, 360 degrees.' I believe we may have infringed upon restr area P56 (about 1 1/2-2 mi north of dca) due to the late left turn.

Title: POSSIBLE ENTRY IN PROHIBITED AREA.
Narrative: ACFT TYPE XA WAS DISPATCHED WITH LEFT AUTOPLT INOP PER MEL. APCHING V1, AT 110 KTS, COPLT FLYING, CAPT LOST COMMAND SPD BUG, FLT DIRECTOR SYS (COMMAND BARS) AND AUTOTHROTTLE FAILED. TKOF WAS CONTINUED. CLRNC WAS TO TURN LEFT AND FLY THE DCA 328 DEG R, BUT DUE TO THE DISTR OF THE MULTIPLE FAILURE, THE LEFT TURN WAS DELAYED APPROX 35-40 SECS. AT THIS TIME, I SELECTED A HDG OF 300 DEGS AND COMMANDED AN IMMEDIATE LEFT TURN (PASSING 1200'). TURNING THROUGH 330 DEGS AND PASSING 2200', DEP CTL INITIATED RADIO CONTACT. I RESPONDED, 'LEAVING 2500'.' DEP CTLR SAID, 'TURN LEFT...NO, MAKE YOUR HDG 360 DEGS.' WE ROLLED OUT ON 315, ACKNOWLEDGED, COMING RIGHT TO HDG, 360 DEGS.' I BELIEVE WE MAY HAVE INFRINGED UPON RESTR AREA P56 (ABOUT 1 1/2-2 MI N OF DCA) DUE TO THE LATE LEFT TURN.
