Narrative:

After overnight layover, preflight and cockpit setup an inspection revealed that some engine switches, oxygen control and first officer radio switches were not as previously set the previous evening. A thorough inspection of aircraft followed. The fsd station manager was informed since he was also acting as a gate agent. My director of operations was personally advised of these 2 situations along with a written response of the previous sep/tue/89 incident. Our aircraft is parked adjacent to a security fence near the jetways of the fsd main terminal, on the main terminal parking ramp. Ramp access to our aircraft is via a locked swinging gate attached to the fence near the main terminal, also by a vehicle service entrance that is similar to others about the country -- access after communication or security card into receptical. Our scheduled departure was on time, no further incident. I am making major effort to check all cockpit controls and switches, after a layover of long or short duration when the aircraft is left vacant and unattended.
