Narrative:
Upon being cleared to taxi across runway 14/32 from the south ramp to the east ramp on the echo taxiway I crossed the runway and proceeded down the remaining taxiway towards the ramp. A crossing cessna in the uncontrolled taxiway passing in front of me caused me to require stopping and pausing for approximately 10 seconds before the hold short line while they passed east bound. This in turn triggered a landing aircraft to execute a go around on runway 32. My aircraft was clear of the runway just not past the hold short line.
