Narrative:
Patrick approach control had an small aircraft X on a practice ILS approach on a 4 mi final which they had not switched to my frequency yet. Then patrick approach vectored an light transport jet inside of the small aircraft X and asked us to provide visibility sep. At the time they asked us to do this, the light transport jet was cutting right in front of the small aircraft X, and I told the small aircraft X to make a left turn northbound so he would avoid the light transport Y.
