Narrative:
Air carrier X was making a right 360 at 4000 to avoid possible confliction with aircraft in front. Aircraft behind (air carrier Y, small transport) was turned to avoid area of 360 being done by air carrier X. During air carrier X 360 turn, standard separation was lost. Busy session with 9-10 aircraft on frequency. Aircraft coming in too fast. 2 feeder controllers. One was in training status and 2ND was staff person getting time on position. Better supervision by supervisors considering how busy it was and the status of the feeder controllers.

Title: ACR Y HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION FROM ACR X. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: ACR X WAS MAKING A RIGHT 360 AT 4000 TO AVOID POSSIBLE CONFLICTION WITH ACFT IN FRONT. ACFT BEHIND (ACR Y, SMT) WAS TURNED TO AVOID AREA OF 360 BEING DONE BY ACR X. DURING ACR X 360 TURN, STANDARD SEPARATION WAS LOST. BUSY SESSION WITH 9-10 ACFT ON FREQ. ACFT COMING IN TOO FAST. 2 FEEDER CTLRS. ONE WAS IN TRAINING STATUS AND 2ND WAS STAFF PERSON GETTING TIME ON POSITION. BETTER SUPERVISION BY SUPVRS CONSIDERING HOW BUSY IT WAS AND THE STATUS OF THE FEEDER CTLRS.
