Narrative:

I accepted a tight turn to final approach course, and descended when I first saw localizer needle move. With 30 degree of bank I flew through the final course. I stopped the descent and captured the localizer and continued my descent. Technically, I was not established inbound and should not have descended till I was. I was still above the MSA, but 500' below the vectoring altitude. Do not rush an instrument approach!
