Narrative:
Turned off runway after normal landing with normal braking. Radio reports (from several other aircraft) of flat tire with smoke, possibly flames. Accomplished ground evacuate/evacuation using slides. No injuries. No aircraft structural damage. Inspection afterward showed all tires fully inflated. There was, however, a broken hydraulic line with a great deal of smoke.
