Narrative:
I was flying an small aircraft X helicopter flying northwest along I-5. I always fly on my side of the freeway just like cars. At the intersection of I-5 and I-710 another helicopter (possibly an small aircraft Y) white with blue stripes, as I consider, came more on my side and flew directly beneath me. I estimate he was 50' or less. I don't think he ever saw me, even though I had my landing light on. I didn't see him until it was too late.
