Narrative:
Mlt X participating in the bangor flight meet mission run on oct X. The aircraft departed bangor, me, and was assigned FL230 and reported reaching. The aircraft was then handed off and transferred to huntress air data computer control to work in warning 102 area. After transfer, huntress climbed mlt X from FL230, without prior coordination, through the overlying high altitude sector from FL240 to FL285 at which time the aircraft entered the warning 102 area. The high altitude controller called huntress control as soon as he saw the aircraft penetrate his sector to find out his intentions because of a possible conflict with other traffic. Mlt X entered the warning area before coordination could be accomplished.
