Narrative:
On landing in wilkesbarre on runway 4, after 1500' of ground roll both right main wheels blew out. Aircraft continued a normal rollout and stopped about 6000' down the 7500' runway. Passenger were disembarked via the forward stairs and taken by car to the terminal. No injuries occurred, no damage to aircraft. Upon inspection of the tires, it appeared that the anti-skid failed locking the tires and not allowing them to turn after about 100 KTS. Aircraft remained on runway, 5' left of centerline.
