Narrative:
Shortly after reaching cruise at FL340 we had an ADR1 fault ECAM. We ran the checklist. Within a minute; the autopilot disengaged; the autothrottles disengaged; all FMA's disappeared; and the FD's disappeared. We lost all autoflight capability. I hand flew the airplane while the first officer ran the ecams. We coordinated with ATC and dispatch to divert into kiah. I performed an uneventful overweight landing at iah.
