Narrative:
Cleared visual 28L to stay behind air carrier Y large transport for 28R. As we slowed to approach speed at about 2000' we saw the large transport slow. At approach speed we were faster than large transport. As we passed the large transport he began turning towards us on final. I informed captain and he moved to the left to stay clear. He then took radio and said for air carrier Y to stay on their own side. The problem was to follow the large transport and we were unable on short final to do so and air carrier Y large transport crossed centerline into our area on final.
