Narrative:
The problem is not active duty pilots, but air guard pilots, many with no real military experience or dedication. They are high rollers getting their jollies off at the tax payer's expense and the flying public. These pilots are not of the quality as regular duty military pilots. They appear to be a bunch of hot dogs out thrilling themselves endangering the rest of the aviation world (and people and property on the ground). They have a serious attitude problem and very poor leadership to allow this activity. They are not professional aviators, but other professionals in other fields (doctors and lawyers). The MTR's through high traffic areas are extremely dangerous (400-500+ KTS from san antonio to mc allen, tx and any other high traffic area). MTR's should start west of del rio, tx and work westward.
