Narrative:

Air carrier X departed oma FOD msp, with cga Y sux dsm at FL210. Air carrier X was asked if he could leave FL220 in 2 min (needed 4). His reply was yes. I got higher from sector 19 and issued expedite climb through FL230 climbing to FL250. I turned cga Y 15 degree right and issued traffic. Cga Y said he had traffic. Then I turned him 20 degree right additional. He said he had traffic and was behind and said he'd start down. He was issued lower altitude.

Narrative: ACR X DEPARTED OMA FOD MSP, WITH CGA Y SUX DSM AT FL210. ACR X WAS ASKED IF HE COULD LEAVE FL220 IN 2 MIN (NEEDED 4). HIS REPLY WAS YES.
