Narrative:
I was working the right 9/39 position working approximately 3-4 aircraft. Cga X, an small transport at FL230 requested FL240 due to turbulence. My data side said he would coordination higher and point out the aircraft to the high sector above (area of jurisdiction FL240 and above). I then asked if it was okay to climb cga X. I was told yes. However the aircraft would transit 2 high sectors and I did not consider that the coordination with second sector was/was not accomplished. A system deviation occurred with cga X entered ZSE sector 16 without coordination. Supplemental information from acn 200897. Coordination was done to sector 07 for higher. Aircraft was actually climbing sector 16 airspace. Sector 16 boundary not depicted on standard M9 map display. Sector 7 approved point out. By the time error was noted aircraft was descending back to low altitude.

Title: ACFT WAS ISSUED A CLB INTO ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD. SYS DEV.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING THE R 9/39 POS WORKING APPROX 3-4 ACFT. CGA X, AN SMT AT FL230 REQUESTED FL240 DUE TO TURB. MY DATA SIDE SAID HE WOULD COORD HIGHER AND POINT OUT THE ACFT TO THE HIGH SECTOR ABOVE (AREA OF JURISDICTION FL240 AND ABOVE). I THEN ASKED IF IT WAS OKAY TO CLB CGA X. I WAS TOLD YES. HOWEVER THE ACFT WOULD TRANSIT 2 HIGH SECTORS AND I DID NOT CONSIDER THAT THE COORD WITH SECOND SECTOR WAS/WAS NOT ACCOMPLISHED. A SYS DEV OCCURRED WITH CGA X ENTERED ZSE SECTOR 16 WITHOUT COORD. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 200897. COORD WAS DONE TO SECTOR 07 FOR HIGHER. ACFT WAS ACTUALLY CLBING SECTOR 16 AIRSPACE. SECTOR 16 BOUNDARY NOT DEPICTED ON STANDARD M9 MAP DISPLAY. SECTOR 7 APPROVED POINT OUT. BY THE TIME ERROR WAS NOTED ACFT WAS DSNDING BACK TO LOW ALT.
