Narrative:
Flight attendants reported electrical smoke smell coming from row 30 floor vents. Soon after; they reported passengers seeing a puff of smoke coming from the vent. Flight attendant's shut down electrical to the seats. Flight crew accomplished the smoke in cabin checklist. Circuit breaker for door heater was found to be popped. Aircraft diverted without further incident.
