Narrative:

On takeoff; I made the standard callouts and at vlof (98) I rotated and the aircraft did not fly. We were too slow. I sped up and took off and as I was climbing out the airspeed was varying between 120 and 140. At this time; I noticed the vsi was not indicating and as I climbed the altimeter was unreliable. It was jumping up and down about 200 ft at a time. I was handed off to departure.when I got to departure I requested to return to the field. It was VMC. The controller asked if I need the trucks and I declined. They cleared me for the visual to runway xx and switched to me to tower. Tower cleared me to land on runway xyr. I landed without incident but the airspeed never dropped below 120 until my GPS was showing me going 30 knots.
