Failure to report position of aircraft in uncontrolled traffic pattern at field and subsequent gear-up landing (no structural damage, therefore was not reported as an aircraft accident). Pilot failed to correct gear-up warning horn--sounding just like emergency brake warning on my car. Pilot should not have landed with gear handle in up position. Pilot will receive additional instruction in lndgs.
