Narrative:
Working within envelope; a B777 due to hanger on the adjacent gate. After pushback; [the taxi crew]overpowered engines; sharply turning away from the gate onto the taxiway. This resulted in a empty LD3; which was in process of being filled with bags; lifting off its secured carrier and blown to the ground. It rolled knocking me to the ground; left side of head; shoulder and hip; landing on my right; pinning to a stationary cart which contained bags. The resulting incident causing myself to be sent to the er.
