Narrative:
I was cleared for takeoff on runway 13 and instructed to make right traffic. I was on a right crosswind when tower called me and said that another aircraft had just departed runway 18 and had me in sight. I then looked and saw the aircraft that had just departed runway 18 off to my right and below me. The other aircraft passed directly underneath me on its upwind with vertical separation at an estimated 400-500 feet.
