Narrative:

We took off from teb [and] we were cleared to climb to FL400. About to cross FL340 we experienced a very heavy wake turbulence trying to roll the plane to the right; so the auto pilot was kicked off. I tried to keep wings level and in about 15 seconds we were out of it. On the TCAS we had a plane on same airway; 10 to 11 miles ahead of us; and that's why I think air traffic controllers [should] advise pilots when a heavy jet is ahead [of] a lighter jet to avoid these situations.
