Narrative:
Normal start-up. Filed VFR flight plan with rkp phi. Called airport traffic on 122.8. Received no answer and taxied clear of helicopter parking area to taxiway in preparation for south takeoff from north taxiway parallel to 18-36. As I neared taxiway a military MTR called left downwind for 36. I called him and informed him of my intentions for southwest takeoff parallel to 18 and so departure from airfield. I started my takeoff run. As I reached translational lift, I looked up and saw the MTR over the end of 36 at about 300'. He called for missed approach and departed for the east. I continued southwest, reached 70 KTS and 300' and turned south. I got to thinking about the incident. The WX was 500 and 5. He was on an IFR clearance, but I was VFR. He has called on downwind. Had I remained on deck there would have been no conflict. Had I been faster or quicker I might have hit him on his base leg. As it turned out, the same setup occurred exactly an hour later with the same aircraft and same factors. This time I was smart enough to stay on deck and watch him pass. No conflict, no possible midair.

Title: CLOSE PROX ATX-HELICOPTER MTR AT NON TWR ARPT.
Narrative: NORMAL START-UP. FILED VFR FLT PLAN WITH RKP PHI. CALLED ARPT TFC ON 122.8. RECEIVED NO ANSWER AND TAXIED CLR OF HELI PARKING AREA TO TXWY IN PREPARATION FOR S TKOF FROM N TXWY PARALLEL TO 18-36. AS I NEARED TXWY A MIL MTR CALLED LEFT DOWNWIND FOR 36. I CALLED HIM AND INFORMED HIM OF MY INTENTIONS FOR SW TKOF PARALLEL TO 18 AND SO DEP FROM AIRFIELD. I STARTED MY TKOF RUN. AS I REACHED TRANSLATIONAL LIFT, I LOOKED UP AND SAW THE MTR OVER THE END OF 36 AT ABOUT 300'. HE CALLED FOR MISSED APCH AND DEPARTED FOR THE E. I CONTINUED SW, REACHED 70 KTS AND 300' AND TURNED S. I GOT TO THINKING ABOUT THE INCIDENT. THE WX WAS 500 AND 5. HE WAS ON AN IFR CLRNC, BUT I WAS VFR. HE HAS CALLED ON DOWNWIND. HAD I REMAINED ON DECK THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO CONFLICT. HAD I BEEN FASTER OR QUICKER I MIGHT HAVE HIT HIM ON HIS BASE LEG. AS IT TURNED OUT, THE SAME SETUP OCCURRED EXACTLY AN HR LATER WITH THE SAME ACFT AND SAME FACTORS. THIS TIME I WAS SMART ENOUGH TO STAY ON DECK AND WATCH HIM PASS. NO CONFLICT, NO POSSIBLE MIDAIR.
