'Lav smoke' annunciator and warning. Determined through flight attendant (flight attendant) that a passenger was smoking an e-cigarette in lavatory. No actual smoke or danger. Indication resolved. Continued on without incident. Had security meet aircraft at gate.actual non emergency cause only known by chance because flight attendant happened [to] catch passenger still in lavatory and passenger was honest about his actions.make prohibited e-cigarette use in lavatory more known to the passengers to prevent unnecessary diversion in the future.

Narrative: 'LAV SMOKE' annunciator and warning. Determined through Flight Attendant (FA) that a passenger was smoking an E-Cigarette in lavatory. No actual smoke or danger. Indication resolved. Continued on without incident.
