Narrative:
Aircraft X departing beautiful sky park 5 mi northeast new slc TCA contacted departure 120.7 prior to takeoff. Requested under 500' AGL west departure as used for yrs this area. Minimum profile aircraft to slc is at 500' above this route. Controller declined and vectored 8 more mins than required by route south to pass over slc at 2200' AGL. Considerable argument on the air ensued between aircraft X and controller(south) as no heavy aircraft on final at the time and there was no reason to deny entry to the TCA. At no time did X violate TCA. On takeoff held in tight circle while arguing issue, held east of TCA. Approach control got very uptight and issued clearance to controled area only after flew 5 mi and then turned west. 1) it is a safety problem to vector aircraft over-populated residential areas as slc now does. 2) it is far safer to vector over shoreline with no dwellings. 3) we called ATC supervisor long distance 90 mins later and he got so angry he hung up on us after saying 'god damn' us, when we said he was adopting a chicken shit attitude to light aircraft. He said in his opinion we have no right to question orders of his controllers we believe to be unsafe.

Title: ACFT X DENIED ENTRY INTO SLC TCA.
Narrative: ACFT X DEPARTING BEAUTIFUL SKY PARK 5 MI NE NEW SLC TCA CONTACTED DEP 120.7 PRIOR TO TKOF. REQUESTED UNDER 500' AGL W DEP AS USED FOR YRS THIS AREA. MINIMUM PROFILE ACFT TO SLC IS AT 500' ABOVE THIS ROUTE. CTLR DECLINED AND VECTORED 8 MORE MINS THAN REQUIRED BY ROUTE S TO PASS OVER SLC AT 2200' AGL. CONSIDERABLE ARGUMENT ON THE AIR ENSUED BTWN ACFT X AND CTLR(S) AS NO HEAVY ACFT ON FINAL AT THE TIME AND THERE WAS NO REASON TO DENY ENTRY TO THE TCA. AT NO TIME DID X VIOLATE TCA. ON TKOF HELD IN TIGHT CIRCLE WHILE ARGUING ISSUE, HELD E OF TCA. APCH CTL GOT VERY UPTIGHT AND ISSUED CLRNC TO CTLED AREA ONLY AFTER FLEW 5 MI AND THEN TURNED W. 1) IT IS A SAFETY PROBLEM TO VECTOR ACFT OVER-POPULATED RESIDENTIAL AREAS AS SLC NOW DOES. 2) IT IS FAR SAFER TO VECTOR OVER SHORELINE WITH NO DWELLINGS. 3) WE CALLED ATC SUPVR LONG DISTANCE 90 MINS LATER AND HE GOT SO ANGRY HE HUNG UP ON US AFTER SAYING 'GOD DAMN' US, WHEN WE SAID HE WAS ADOPTING A CHICKEN SHIT ATTITUDE TO LIGHT ACFT. HE SAID IN HIS OPINION WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO QUESTION ORDERS OF HIS CTLRS WE BELIEVE TO BE UNSAFE.
