Narrative:
Two brand new first officers were assigned to my lira (rome; italy) trip recently. They were there to get the 100 hrs. For consolidation. This is not a safe operation to have two brand new pilots on the flight deck. I was very reluctant to take my required break. Over the ocean at night with a new [to them] aircraft and new pilots by themselves! I will not let this happen again.........this is not necessary and I feel it is unsafe!
