Narrative:
Second flight after annual inspection. Right wing leaked fuel after inspection parts resealed during annual. Pilot drained right tank of all fuel and began flight (local) with full fuel left wing with wheel at about 45 degree angle for level flight. On landing in crosswind, wind gust under right (light from no fuel) wing just before T/D caused plane to leave runway. Pilot corrected and remained upright, but ended up hitting small brush with left wing before coming to a stop causing several dents in leading edge of left wing. There was no other damage to aircraft. Pilot was not hurt.
