Narrative:
After deice at den, we taxied to 35L for takeoff in a moderate snowfall. We were about #8 for takeoff. Takeoff minimums for 35L are 1600' RVR or 1/4 mi. Company policy states after 20 mins have elapsed since deice we must inspect the wings. At the 20 min point, I asked the captain if he wanted me to inspect the wings. He said no. At 25 mins after deice, we were both very concerned about the snow, but the tower cleared us into position on 35L and said that the RVR was 1200'. Before I read the before takeoff checklist, I told him (captain) that takeoff minimums were 1600' RVR. He did not reply. The tower cleared us for takeoff and we went. Not much more I could have done in a rushed situation. He was determined to get off the ground.
