Air Traffic Incident | Operational Error |
Narrative:
Small aircraft X and Y were allowed to land on the same runway (with trainers in progress). With less than standard separation, the local controller did not take a handle of the situation in due time to prevent this occurrence. Incident was not logged, nor trainers form made on the individual being trained. This incident occurred between 2 small aircraft's. The local controller should be aware at all times where his traffic is and pay stricter attention when trainers. Also, a lot of verbage between trainer and trainee should not occur while on position.

Title: LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION BETWEEN SMA X AND Y. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: SMA X AND Y WERE ALLOWED TO LAND ON THE SAME RWY (WITH TRAINERS IN PROGRESS). WITH LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION, THE LCL CTLR DID NOT TAKE A HANDLE OF THE SITUATION IN DUE TIME TO PREVENT THIS OCCURRENCE. INCIDENT WAS NOT LOGGED, NOR TRAINERS FORM MADE ON THE INDIVIDUAL BEING TRAINED. THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED BETWEEN 2 SMA'S. THE LCL CTLR SHOULD BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES WHERE HIS TFC IS AND PAY STRICTER ATTN WHEN TRAINERS. ALSO, A LOT OF VERBAGE BETWEEN TRAINER AND TRAINEE SHOULD NOT OCCUR WHILE ON POSITION.
