Narrative:
During annual inspection, may have missed hole in exhaust pipe due to clamp covering hole. Owner pressuring maintenance personnel may have contributed to hurrying up inspection to get aircraft ready for flight. Hole does not appear to have an immediate effect on flight safety because of location near end of pipe, out of engine compartment.
