Narrative:
We were working split lcls. Lcw EST was working all arrs. I was lce ast and working all departures. There was a cabin attendant coordinator. I cleared cpr X for takeoff, and then loaded my runway with an air carrier jet. When the cpr X was at the departure end of the runway I turned him left to 280 degree and shipped him to departure. I then cleared the air carrier jet for takeoff. A radar controller called up and asked lcw EST 'what's the plan with cpr X and air carrier Y.' unknown to me until this point, lcw EST sent air carrier Y, large transport around. All coordination was completed except with me. Normal procedure is to inform lce ast so he could stop departures. Separation diminished to about 1 mile.
