Narrative:
After landing (passed taxiway D); given clearance to exit on D after a 180 turn and back taxi. While in the 180 turn; the right brake failed/faded. Left main gear exited paved surface of the runway while other main gear and nose gear remained on pavement.

Title: The pilot of a C402 experienced a brake problem during a 180 degree turn on the runway. This caused a directional control issue that resulted in a runway excursion.
